We offer in-house developed, internationally certified personal and home care products. We strive for accuracy in all descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all product details will be error-free. In case of a discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct errors.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No advance payment is required — simply pay the rider when your order is delivered.

 

5. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, technical errors, or other valid reasons.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier services. Standard delivery times are 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout. We currently do not ship internationally.

 

7. Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.

We offer returns or exchanges only in cases of damaged or incorrect items (see section 8). Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable, at no additional cost to you.
